• Payment for sessions is required at the time of booking.
• We accept card payments; Apple Pay or bank transfer by arrangement.
• Prices will be agreed prior to booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• Late cancellations or missed sessions may incur the full session fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions if necessary, with as much notice as possible.

4. Confidentiality

• All personal and sensitive information you provide during sessions is confidential.
• Session notes and client records are stored securely in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• Information will only be shared with your consent, or when required by law to prevent serious harm to yourself or others.

5. Health and Safety

• Hypnotherapy is a safe and non-invasive therapy.
• You must inform your therapist of any medical or psychological conditions that may affect your sessions.
• Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. Please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if needed.

• You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
• You may not copy, distribute, or misuse content without our written permission.
• We do not guarantee that our website will always be free from errors, interruptions, or viruses, and we are not liable for any loss caused by use of the site.

• While we aim to provide professional and effective therapy, Bespoke Mind Soluyions is not liable for any personal decisions or outcomes resulting from therapy.
• We are fully insured for professional indemnity and public liability, but we cannot guarantee specific results from hypnotherapy.

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate therapy services if we believe it is in your or our best interests, including cases of unsafe behaviour or non-compliance with these Terms.
